功能和作用，过节物流和国内物流的发展状况和问题。主要对先带物流企业的需求，并结合我国国情，特编写物流配送管理系统，本系统主要是先话务的配送及客户的基本管理，与销售紧密结合，本系统包括：分拣配货﹑配装﹑配送运输﹑送达服务﹑客户管理﹑运输管理﹑配送报表﹑配送基础资料管理﹑系统管理及各个模块的具体功能，能够让读者比较清晰的了解这个系统的具体作用，本文具有一定的实现参考意义。
