摘要：目的探讨癫痫所致精神障碍患者的临床特征，以提高对该类 疾病的认识及诊疗水平。方法 对近5年收住我院的60例癫痫性精神障碍 患者的临床资料进行回顾性统计分析。结果单纯部分性发作36例（60%）, 脑电图异常者51例（85%）, CT扫描结果异常者45例（75%）,癫痫性精神 病39例（65%）。出院结果评定痊愈者33例（55%）,好转者12例（20%）, 进步者13例（%）,无效者2例（%）。结论 癫痫所致精神障碍 患者易误诊为精神分裂症，通过详细询问病史、相应的辅助检查等进行鉴 别，并给予合理用药，能达到满意的治疗效果。

Clinical Analysis of 60 Patients with Mental Disorders Due to Epilepsy

Abstract： Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of patients with mental disorders due to epilepsy, so as to improve the understanding of the disease and the level of diagnosis and treatment. Methods The clinical data of 60 patients with epilepsy retrospectively. Results 36 cases(60%)were simple partial seizures, 51 cases (85%) with abnormal eeg, 45 cases (75%) with abnormal CT scan, 39 cases of epilepsy (65%) . The results of hospital discharge were 33 ( 55% ) , 12 ( 20% ), 13 ( %) and 2 ( 3. 33% ) of the patients. Conclusion The patients with mental disorder due to epilepsy can easily be misdiagnosed as schizophrenia, and the medical history, the corresponding auxiliary examination and so on.
