山东理工大学 毕业设计(论文) 题 目: 自走式穗茎兼收玉米联合收 获机切碎抛送装置的设计 学 院:农业工程与食品科学学院 专 业:机械设计制造及其自动化 学生姓名: 指导教师: 毕业设计(论文)时间:二О一О年 3 月 1日~ 6 月 17日 共 16周 摘要 玉米是我国三大粮食作物之一,各地都有种植。,,秸秆产量也超过2亿吨。不论是对于提高粮食综合生产能力、确保粮食安全,还是对于满足日益增长的饲料需求,玉米种植都具有举足轻重的地位。为了促进农业的现代化,必须实行粮食生产的机械化,尤其应加快实现收获环节的机械化。但目前我国玉米收获机械化程度还不到10%,这已成为玉米种植生产的瓶颈。 本课题通过对现有玉米收获机的研究分析,比较其优缺点,设计出一种性能可靠、结构简单、布局合理的自走式穗茎兼收型玉米联合收获机。该收获机收割部分主要包括拨禾轮、摘穗单元、果穗输送装置、秸秆切碎器、搅龙输送装置和秸秆抛送装置。果穗输送装置配合下刮板式果穗升运器,将果穗输送到联合收获机后上方进行剥皮、暂存。 通过UG对收割部件进行三维虚拟设计和装配,检测各部件设计参数是否合理,并检测各部件是否存在干涉等,以便更好的完成此次课题任务。研制出适合我国国情的自走式穗茎兼收型玉米联合收获机,对我国经济和农畜牧业的发展具有非常重要的现实意义。 关键词:玉米 收获机 穗茎兼收 切碎器 搅龙 抛送 Abstract Corn is one of the three major grain crops in our country, and has planted throughout here and there. China’s annual planted area is more than 25 million hectares, and the output of corn is up to 120 million tons, corn stalks is more than 2 million tons. Planting corn has an important position in increasing the comprehensive productivity of grain,ensuring food safety as well as meeting the demand of feedstuff. In order to promote agricultural modernization, we must implement the mechanization of grain production, especially should accelerate the realization of mechanized harvesting, However, our corn harvest mechanization level is very slow, it is less than 10 percent, and it becomes the weak link of the grain planting and production. This research starts on the basis of analyzing the merits and short comes of existing corn combine harvesters, is to design a new kind of dependable performance and simple structure and rational layout spike-stalk-reaping backpack corn combine. This corn harvester mainly made up of distribute rotor、threshing unit、paddle screw conveyer、straw chopped device、screw conveyor and straw cast send parts.
