  A project is a temporary and one-time endeavor undertaken
to create a unique product or service, which brings about
beneficial change or added value.

•  Non-routine tasks are involved

•  Planning is required
•  Specific objectives are to be met or a specified project is to be created
•  The project has a pre-determined time span
