Amines constitute an important class of compounds in Table 1: Iron-catalyzed reduction of N,N-dimethylbenzamide.[a]
chemistry and biology. They are widely used in the pharma-
ceutical industry for crop protection and natural product
synthesis, as well as for the preparation of advanced
materials.[1] Among the different procedures for their syn-
