安氏Ⅱ类1 分类错合的双期矫治【摘要】目的: 研讨双期矫治安氏Ⅱ类1 分类错合患者骨骼改动。办法:选择 30 例以下颌后缩为主要表现的生长期安氏Ⅱ类1 分类患者。Ⅰ期采用 Twin-block 矫治器,Ⅱ期采用直丝弓矫治技术, 使用 X 线头影测量技术进行医治前后硬组织剖析, 并对测量后果进行配对 t 检验。后果:患者医治后前牙覆合、掩盖关系正常、磨牙关系恢复 Angle Ⅰ类, 侧貌分明改善。结论: 安氏Ⅱ类1 类错合患者在替牙期、恒牙早期采用双期矫治能改善患者上下颌骨间不调, 获得较好的矫治效果。 Two Phase Treatment of an Angle Class Ⅱ Division Ⅰ usio n Liang Xiao-long,Hu Yong-quan,Zuo Yan-ping,et al. 1Department of Stomatology , The Second Hospital of Shijiazhuang , Shijiazhuang 050051,China ; 2Department of Stomatology , The First Affiliated Hospital of Hebei Medical University , Shijiazhuang,050017 China 【 ABSTRACT 】 Objective: To observe the hard tissue changes induced by two phase treatment for the Angle class Ⅱ division 1 : Thirty children with Angle Class II division 1 lusion and mainly with mandibular retrognathia were -block and Straight wire appliance were used to correct in the first and second phases , effect was evaluated by cephalometric analysis before and after : Relationship of the anteriors and the molar was back to normal after treatment and the lateral view of patients was : The better efficacy was obtained of the two phase treatment of an Angle Class Ⅱ division Ⅰ usion. 【 KEY WORDS 】 Angle class Ⅱ division 1 lusion ; Twin-block appliance ; Straight wire appliance 安氏Ⅱ类1 分类错合是临床常见的错合畸形之一,发病率为 15 %~ 20 %,占医治病人的 49 %[ 1]
