Notice
In order to develop the skill of the students in speaking and arouse the students' interest learning English, the Student Union has decided to set up an English Corner with the help of the teachers of English.
Those in senior two or three who like English will be accepted as members of the English Corner. Those in senior one will be admitted to join the English Corner after filling in an application form. The opening is to held in the school hall at 9 . on January 10th, 1999. The head of the English teaching research group will make a speech of congratulations, and professor Tom from the Foreign Language and Literature Department of Beijing university will give us a one-hour talk on “How to Develop the Skill in Speaking .” All the member are expected to be there on time with your note-books.
