一、班组班前、班后会制度
1、班前会是现场管理的第一道程序，每班必须按时召开班前会。
2、班前会由班组长主持，队领导要分头参加各班组班前会，全体班组成员要准时参加班前会，迟到的必须处罚，不参加班前会的不准上班。
3、队领导和班组长要注意观察每名员工的安全思想状态，对有情绪波动、精神疲倦、喝酒等不安全情节的不准上班。
4、班组长要认真准备班前会的会议内容。
5、班组长负责做好班前会记录，并适时掌握当班安全生产情况，做到“谁主持、谁负责、谁记录、谁落实”。
6、班后班组长要把当天的安全生产情况汇报给安全经理。
7、上班人员应做到高高兴兴上班、平平安安回家。
二、班组长随班工作制度
1、班组长是当班安全生产的直接责任人，必须参加班前会，对布置、安排当班的安全生产任务等事项，要做到心中有数。
2、班组长下井跟班，必须坚持做到与员工同上同下，严禁迟下早上。下（升）井时，班组长带队，班组成员列排行走，做到秩序井然。
3、进入作业现场后，班组长必须查看交接班、巡回检查等记录，详细掌握上班安全生产情况，认真排查工作地点是否存在安全隐患或影响生产的其它问题，并安排落实整改措施。
4、班组长必须依据班前会布置的工作任务，合理安排工作岗位和工作内容，保证工作任务按
