面向离散型制造业的MES的研究与设计摘要面向离散型制造业的MES的研究与设计摘要敏捷制造是21世纪制造企业的主导制造模式,制造执行系统是企业实施敏捷制造战略、实现车间生产敏捷化的基本技术手段。对于需求和工艺复杂的离散型制造业来说,研究敏捷的制造执行系统对促进企业中车间生产管理的发展和各种生产资源的合理优化配置、提高企业竞争力具有重要的意义。本文在分析了离散型制造业的行业特点,及离散制造业的制造执行系统的现状与难点基础上,讨论了制造执行系统的研究方向和在敏捷制造下发展MES的意义。鉴于各MES产品和传统开发方法的局限,我们用面向对象、基于组件的J2EE技术来构建具备较强通用性、可移植性、互操作性、敏捷性、可集成性的通用可集成制造执行系统。本文重点研究了基于J2EE的集成制造执行系统框架和面向离散型制造业的MES 的解决方案。给出了适合离散制造业的MES体系结构,利用J2EE的分布式多层应用开发与部署平台,构建了具有多层结构的制造执行系统。对面向离散型制造业的 MES的制造企业建模、制造企业统一的数据组织建立、再现复杂制造制程、等关键技术给出了具体解决方案。利用java编程语言对原型系统进行了开发,并验证了系统的有效性。实践证明该系统面向复用的软件过程,能够有效降低开发成本和加速软件交付。关键词:制造执行系统;离散型制造业;J2EE 作者:杜琳琳指导老师:林红 Research and Design ofMES Oriented Discrete Manufacturing Industry Abstract Research and Design ofMES Oriented Discrete Manufacturing Industry Abstract Agile Manufacturing isleading manufacturing model Execution System fMES)is essentialtechnique measure forrealizing AgileManufactu_6ng strategy andjob-shop production onMES orienteddiscretemanufacturing industry hasimportance toimprovejob—shop production management tooptimize production resources configuration and petition in0111"country.
