工程量清单计价下工程建设全过程造价管理与控制2.doc

摘 　 要
　　 　工程量清单计价法是目前国际上通用的一种造价控制方法。随着我国建设工程工程量清单计价规范的颁布实施,清单计价方式规范了清单计价行为,改变了建设市场计价混乱的状况，在建设工程中得到普遍推广应用。本文介绍了工程量清单计价的含义和特点。重点陈述了清单计价模式下工程造价投资决策、设计、招投标、工程施工、竣工结算全过程的各个阶段所存在的问题和具体措施。在应用工程量清单计价中所存在的问题进行了分析并提出了相应的解决措施。
　 　 最后介绍了全过程工程造价控制应与国际接轨,分析了我国工程造价全过程中所存在的问题,以与国际接轨为目标提出了相应改进措施,为工程量清单计价在工程建设全过程造价管理与控制的运用提供了更充实的理论基础。
