一体式沼气发电余热回收装置的设计
摘 要
本设计是针对某型号沼气发电机组余热回收的配套装置,主要包括:沼气发电
机组循环水和烟气的余热回收装置的设计。要求设计方案具有可行性、合理性、可
靠性、又能满足高效、节能的原则和环保的要求。通过本设计,熟悉沼气发电及余
热利用装置的构造及热经济性,初步掌握沼气发电及其余热利用的配套设施。
余热回收装置采用浮头式换热器,便于拆洗、及时清理污垢和检修,及时发现
余热回收装置的故障,进而及时进行维修。
一体式沼气发电机组的余热回收装置的主要特点在于它的紧凑型,占地面积
小。现在市场上也有很多的沼气发电余热回收的产品,但配套、一体机组很少,本
设计大大降低了用户采购、运输、安装等难度 。本设计安装简单,将设备与箱体
用螺栓固定连接,箱体的底部有工字钢,有利于固定和安装。简化了用户的购买、
运输、采买等步骤,为用户提供快捷。

Abstract
This design is a model for gas turbine heat recovery supporting devices, including:
the water cycle and the flue gas turbine heat recovery unit design heat recovery unit

recovery products, but complementary, one small unit, this design greatly reduces the
user procurement, transportation and installation difficult. The design is simple to install
