摘 要
本设计是针对某型号沼气发电机组余热回收的配套装置，主要包括：沼气发电
机组循环水和烟气的余热回收装置的设计。要求设计方案具有可行性、合理性、可
靠性、又能满足高效、节能的原则和环保的要求。通过本设计，熟悉沼气发电及余
热利用装置的构造及热经济性，初步掌握沼气发电及其余热利用的配套设施。
余热回收装置采用浮头式换热器，便于拆洗、及时清理污垢和检修，及时发现
余热回收装置的故障，进而及时进行维修。
一体式沼气发电机组的余热回收装置的主要特点在于它的紧凑型，占地面积
小。现在市场上也有很多的沼气发电余热回收的产品，但配套、一体机组很少，本
设计大大降低了用户采购、运输、安装等难度 。本设计安装简单，将设备与箱体
用螺栓固定连接，箱体的底部有工字钢，有利于固定和安装。简化了用户的购买、
运输、采买等步骤，为用户提供快捷。

Abstract
This design is a model for gas turbine heat recovery supporting devices, including:
the water cycle and the flue gas turbine heat recovery unit design heat recovery unit
