浅析五运时气民病证治方的用药规律.doc浅析五运时气民病证治方的用药规律
摘要：五运时气民病证治方出自陈无择《三因极一病证方论》，是中 医“运气方剂”中的代表，其方共10首，据每年岁运的变化而设，颇具 特点。通过对其方剂内容的梳理、对照分析和阐释，并运用数据挖掘方法, 对其用药频次、药物性味、归经等内容进行统计分析，发现其选方用药灵 活多变，整体注重调理脾胃，性味偏于辛甘温通，这也与宋代局方的用药 特点相应，通过梳理其遣方用药规律，有助于更好地应用于现代中医临床。

Abstract： Wuyun Shiqi Minbing Zhengzhi Formulas are from San Yin Ji Yi Bing Zheng Fang Lun written by CHEN Wu~ze, which is a representative for “Yunqi Formulasin TCM field. Wuyun Shiqi Minbing Zhengzhi Formulas contain 10 formulas, based on the annual changes and development of Suiyun, with their own features. In this article, through the combing, contrast analysis and explaination, and using the method of data mining, the meidicne frequency, medicine taste , meridian and other contents were put under statistical analysis. It was found that the medication in formulaes was flexibility, focusing on conditioning the spleen and stomach, and the taste was somewhat spicy, sweet, warm and smooth, which was also corresponding with the medication features in Song Dynasty. By combing the medication law of these formulas, it can help better apply these formulas to modern clinical TCM.
