公司承接8PC2-5L柴油机曲轴现场更换项目(插图)
2011年1月21日,上海某航运公司所属“集海之星”轮发生了曲轴裂纹重大机损事故,我公司修理部接到船东求援后第一时间赶赴现场,立刻对柴油机进行了勘验,发现了柴油机曲轴有较深的裂痕,经我司维修工程师和船东共同对曲轴进行深入检测,此曲轴的裂痕深度已超出8PC2-5L柴油机使用极限,于是船东决定更换曲轴。公司马上组织维修人员上船,并同时联系陕柴重工备件公司、用户服务部、技术中心等部门。
据我公司修理部负责人员介绍,该项目任务重,时间紧、难度大,工程包括了制定修理工艺、实施柴油机的吊装、开闭工艺口、拆装附属系统、新老曲轴的更换、柴油机定位对中连接、试车试航等内容,与此同时还必须保证备件的及时供应。
最后,在陕柴重工各部门的大力支持下,我公司修理部不负用户重托,按要求在30天内保质保量完成了此项目,获得了用户的好评,同时也为公司积累了类似项目的经验。
We undertook to replace 8PC2-5L engine crankshaft project on site
On Jan. 21th,2011, “ the star of Jihai” affiliated to a pany in Shanghai had an major engine failure accident of crankshaft fracture. Our Maintenance Dept. rushed to the scene in the first as they received the call for help from the ship owner. They examined the diesel and found the crankshaft had quite a deep crack. After further testing of the crankshaft together with the ship owner, our maintenance engineer found the depth of the crack is beyond the using limit of 8PC2-5L Diesel Engine so the ship owner decided to replace the crankshaft. pany anized the maintenance personnel onto the vessel and meanwhile contacted Shaan Xi Diesel Engine Heavy Industry Spare pany, Client Service Dep. and Technical Dep. etc.
