摘要
机场地面容量评估是实施机场流量管理策略的重要依据之一，对于减少航班 延误和保障飞行安全起着至关重要的作用。近些年来，航空需求的急剧增长给机 场带来了高峰时机场拥挤、延误增加、服务质量严重下降等一系列问题，造成这 些问题的根本原因在于机场系统容量的有限性和航空需求的增长性，机场容量不 能满足航空运输的需求。
本文参照FAA机场容量标准，结合相关的跑道/滑行道容量模型，从实际运 行的角度对烟台机场的跑道、滑行道容量进行了计算和评估，分析了烟台机场跑 道、滑行道、停机坪、及空中交通管理的影响方式和作用，并就增加烟台机场容 量和减少延误提出了初步的见解。

Abstract： Airport ground capacity evaluation is essential and a key point to the effective implementation of airport flow management, it plays an important role in reducing flight delays and ensuring flight safety concept. In recent years, the sharp increase in demand for aviation airport has brought about a series of issues, such as the height of airport congestion, increase of delays and the declines of the service quality, the fundamental reason for these problems is the limited capacity of the airport system and aviation growth of demand, the airport capacity has been unable to meet the demand of the air transportation.
Referring to the FAA airport capacity standards, with the relevant runway / taxiway capacity model, calculate and assess the operation of the Yantai airport runway, taxiways' capacity from a practical point of view, Analysis the role of the runway, taxiways and aprons of the Yantai airport and the impact of air traffic management methods, with increasing the capacity of the Yantai airport and reducing delays by the preliminary views.
