卡巴拉汀的生产工艺设计
摘 要
本设计是以(S)-3-(1-二甲氨基)乙基苯酚、N-乙基-N-***氨基甲酰***为主要原料的年产27吨卡巴拉汀的工艺设计。
本文介绍了卡巴拉汀的性质和用途,展望了应用前景,本设计方案卡巴拉汀的总收率到达了90%。
首先依据南开大学卡巴拉汀的中试研究结果,确定合成卡巴拉汀的公道工艺历程。
依据工艺设计的步伐,进行物料衡算,确定了本工艺适用的主要设备的规格型号,换热器的换热面积,精馏塔塔板数以及各管道的选型。
综合上述工艺盘算和设计结果,绘制出了带控制点的工艺流程图。
在考虑操纵方便、便于运输、淘汰衡宇楼层承重等因素后,确定了车间设备的部署,绘制出了工艺设备平面部署图。
为便于使该设计项目能够正确施工,还对部门管道部署进行了设计,并绘制了管道部署图。
在考虑了各物料的危险特性和各设备操纵条件的前提下,提出了须要的宁静步伐,以包管宁静生产,对付排放的有害物质提出了后处理惩罚意向和要领,使排放到达国度尺度,减轻对情况的危害。
最后进行了工程投资与效益阐发,证明本设计可行,在短期内可收回投资。

The technical process design of rivastigmine
ABSTRACT
It was designed that 27t/a rivastigmine production line which using 3-(1-dimethylaminoethyl) phenol and N-ethyl-N-methyl carbamoyl chloride as raw materials.
This dissertation introduced the property and use of rivastigmine, forecasted its applied foreground .In this design, the overall yield of rivastigmine can up to %.
First of all, according to the amplification test research results of Naikai University, confirm the proper technical process of rivastigmine.
According to the process of technological design, the material balance calculation were introduced for each unit, the heat-exchange area for heat exchanger, the plate number of rectifying column as well as the selection of the pipelines.
Based on the above technological calculation and design, the construction documents of technological process with control point was drawn.
The abridged general view of factory building and the facility floor plan each floor were designed and drawn after the considerations of the handling convenience, transportation convenience and the height of the floor.
In order to construct exactly, some piping layout was designed and drawn.
Because of the risk of material and service conditions of facility, the dissertation presented the necessary safe practice in order to guarantee safety in production. The dissertation also presented the after treatment intention and
