(3) The prevented party shall not be responsible for such any or all obligations as cannot be fulfilled or shall be postponed because of the Force Majeure cases, But from the date on which the cases are over or the influence is eliminated, the responsibilities for the Parties to the Contract shall immediately be executed continuously and the term for execution of the Contract shall be extended correspondingly.
(4)Should the effect of Force Majeure continue more than 6 months, the Parties to the Contract shall, through friendly consultation, settle the further execution of the Contract as soon as possible. If no agreement is reached, the case in question shall, then, be settled through arbitration as specified in Clause 12 thereof.
(5) We hereby certify to the best of our knowledge that the foregoing statement is true and correct and all available information and data have been supplies herein, and that we agree to show you documentary proof upon your request.
