城市高铁交通体系是彻底消灭堵车和尾气污染的强有力手段。

一，解决堵车和污染问题需要创新思维
大城市堵车和尾气污染现象，严重恶化了城市环境，已到了非彻底治理不可的地步。而交通拥堵和尾气污染的直接原因是私人汽车无节制地发展，超过了城市交通体系的承载能力。
