摘 要
我国的北方冬天时间比较长，降雪量很大，道路积雪堆积较多，尤其是车辆不经常行走的小区，如果不及时的清除积雪，将会严重的影响交通安全，给人们的日常生活带来很多的不便。因此，研发多功能的扫雪机设备，有着很重要的实用、使用价值，并且对我国的经济发展起到不可估量的推动作用。
本论文在分析了目前的国国外的主要扫雪方法的基础上，提出了一种较适合中国国情的小型路面机械清雪车的设计方案，并对其进行了深入的理论分析和具体结构的设计分析，为国以后生产该种扫雪车提供了完整的技术参考资料。
本论文首先进行分析研究了路面上压实积雪的机械性能，并且查阅参考了目前的国外有关该设备的大量技术资料；再次，在现有成品的基础上，进行了设计计算以及机构的创新。
此次扫雪车的设计原理是，由原动机提供动力，经过链传动将动力传递给输出轴，输出轴又带动抛雪叶轮高速旋转，利用离心力将雪抛出。同时利用减速器来减速带动搅龙传动轴和螺旋搅龙叶片旋转来实现集雪作业。而其他的动力则由变速器传输给车轮轴来带动扫雪机前进，实现清雪工作。
本论文对小型路面机械清雪车进行了深入的分析，并进一步地完善了此机构，设计出此种扫雪设备。

ABSTRACT
In the northern of China ,winter time is so long ,the snow is very big,and snow accumulation of the road is more ,especially the vehicles do not often walk inside the village .If not timely removal the snow ,it will seriously affect the traffic safety ,and caused a lot of inconvenience to People`s Daily life .Therefore ,the research and development of multi-function plow equipment, has a very important practical, use value, and play an immeasurable role in promotingto our country's economic development.
On the analysis of the current domestic and foreign main methods of snow, the papers on the basis of a suitable for China's national conditions of small road surface machinery and the design scheme of clear snow machines, and carried on the thorough analysis of the theoretical analysis and the design of concrete structure, it provides a plete technology referencefor the domestic production after the Snow-Remove Machine .
Firstly this thesis analysis the pavement pacting on the mechanical properties of the snow, and refer to the current massive technical data related to the equipment at home and abroad;Once again, on the basis of existing products,carried the design calculation and institutional innovation.
