摘要：随着社会经济的发展，农村人民的生活水平不断提高，同时也带来了一些问题。农村的生活垃圾问题越来越严重，农村的生活垃圾不仅影响了村容村貌，更严重的是污染了农村的生活环境，损害了人们的身体健康。由此可见，农村的垃圾问题已经成为阻碍农村社会经济可持续发展的突出因素，农村生活垃圾日益成为制约农村经济社会可持续发展的突出因素。所以如何妥善有效地处理农村生活垃圾，已经成为新农村建设的一项重要任务，如何采取可靠措施,从根本上解决我国农村生活垃圾问题是摆在我们面前的一项重要的战略任务，它直接关系到社会主义新农村的建设和社会经济的可持续发展。而在这个问题中，农村生活垃圾的处理又是其重中之重。广大农村垃圾数量庞大，不仅管理上缺乏收集和输送设施，而且又因为历史等原因使得处理方式较为原始，因此垃圾处理问题形势严峻，情况不容乐观。总的来说，农村生活垃圾问题在其产生环节、收集和输送环节以及处理环节中各有不同的弊病体现，在清楚的认识这些情况的前提下，我们既要从根源上提高农民的环保意识，又要在实施状态上使处理方式科学化，并且我们要积极的通过发挥政府主导作用和农民的主体性作用，从而更好而全面的解决新农村生活垃圾处理的问题。

Abstract: with the development of social economy, people's living standards are improving continuously, at the same time, there are also some problems. Garbage problem in rural areas is more and more serious, the rural living garbage not only affects the appearance, more serious is the pollution of rural living environment,it damages the health of people.
