Abstract

design as a whole. According to the cylinder block size, shape, material, proc
essing parts of the structure and machining accuracy, surface roughness and a

deformation. Because of the processed parts volume, the weight is bigger, so t
he supporting plate bearing. At the same time through the error analysis of the
fixture design, can better guarantee the machining precision.
Through the design satisfies the requirement of processing, in order to
complete the rough machining of diesel engine.
