ZL06型装载机驱动桥设计
摘要
轮式装载机的驱动桥是变速箱或万向节传动装置之后，驱动轮之前的所有传动机构的总成，它作为底盘传动系的主要组成部分，其功用是将发动机的扭矩进一步增大，以适应车轮为克服阻力所需要的扭矩，同时改变扭矩的方向以便传递给车轮。
本课题是针对ZL06型装载机来设计与之相配套的驱动桥，主要设计内容包括主传动器设计，差速器的设计，最终传动（轮边减速装置）的设计以及半轴和驱动桥壳的设计，并成功地将这几部分组成一个整体。

DRIVING AXLE DESIGN OF ZL60 MODEL SHOVEL LOADER
ABSTRACT
The driving axle of the wheel shovel loader is the assembly of all transmission mechanism after the transmission box or the universal coupling and before the running wheel. As the main components of the chassis transmission, its function is to further increase the torque of the engine, in order to adapt to the wheels needed to overcome the resistance of torque. At the same time, it can change direction of the torque in order to transfer the torque to the wheels.
This topic aims at designing the driving axle matching the ZL60 model shovel loader. The main design elements including the main transmission design, the differential design, the wheel reduction gear design, the axle design, the axle housing design and form these parts a whole.
