2013年 06月05日 安徽理工大学毕业设计 弧面凸轮分度机构的运动特性分析 摘要 本文以弧面分度凸轮为研究对象,重点研究了弧面分度凸轮的空间三维型, 装配,运动仿真和动态检测。 本文在已推导出弧面分度凸轮轮廓面方程的基础上,应用三维设计软件pro/ e,根据所选择凸轮运动轨迹特征,以及所选凸轮参数编写凸轮轮廓曲线方程,由 曲线构成曲面,最后完成弧面分度凸轮机构的三维建模。 接着对所设计部件进行组装,并且应用Pro/e运动仿真模块进行仿真运动,以 便于检测干涉,及时发现设计缺陷。 通过综合研究,实现了弧面分度凸轮机构三维设计、数控加工、动态测试一 体化研究理论和技术,为该机构的广泛应用提供了方法和手段。 关键词:弧面凸轮分度机构, Pro/ e三维建模,运动特性分析,运动仿真 全套图纸,加153893706 II 安徽理工大学毕业设计 ANALYSIS OF THE MOVEMENT CHARACTERISTICS OF GLOBOIDAL INDEXING CAM MECHANISM Abstract The globoidal indexing cam as the object of study, focuses on the study of the three-dimensional assembly type, globoidal indexing cam, motion simulation and dynamic detection. Based on the derived globoidal indexing cam contour surface equation, the application of 3D design software pro/e, according to the selection of cam motion characteristics, and the parameter of cam cam contour curve equations written, constituted by the curve surface, finally completed the three-dimensional modeling of the globoidal indexing cam mechanism. Then the design components are assembled, and carries on the simulation exercise using Pro/e motion simulation module, interference to facilitate detection, timely detection of design defects. Through the comprehensive study of globoidal indexing cam mechanism, realizes the 3D design, CNC machining, dynamic test of integration theory III 安徽理工大学毕业设计 and technology, methods and means are provided for wide application of the mechanism.
