摘 要

液压机械传动变速箱是一种新型变速箱，它可通过机械流和液压流共同作用
进行无级变速。目前它在很多拖拉机上得到了广泛的应用，大大地提高了车辆的
整车性能、然油经济性等。目前，国内汽车变速箱试验台很多还是传统式的，自
动化程度较低，由于液压机械传动变速箱结构复杂，维修技术要求高，仅靠传统
的维修方法很难保证维修质量，需要适应维修企业使用的新型变速器维修检测设
备，以提高液压机械传动变速箱的维修质量，保证它的性能。
本课题针对此变速箱设计出一种适应维修企业使用的新型变速箱试验台－
液压机械传动变速箱开式试验台。它可给新型变速箱提供动力，模拟变速器在汽
车上的输入工况；可对变速器加载，检测汽车加速性能；可对新型变速箱的传动
效率、换档规律以及液压机械双流分流比等性能进行检测，使变速箱的综合性能
得到充分发挥，从而提高汽车整车性能。

ABSTRACT

The mechanical drive gearbox of the hydraulic pressure is a kind of new-type
gearbox, it can flow through machinery and the hydraulic pressure flow and act on
and carry on the infinitely variable speeds together. It is widely used on a lot of
tractors at present, improve completed car performance of the vehicle , right oil
economy ,etc. greatly . At present, domestic automobile gearbox test a lot platform or
traditional type, automatic degree relatively low, because the hydraulic pressure
mechanical drive gearbox structure is complicated, maintain technology to expect
much, only very difficult by the traditional maintenance method to guarantee to
maintain quality , need adapting to the new-type gear box that the maintenance
company uses and maintaining the checkout equipment , in order to improve the
maintenance quality of the mechanical drive gearbox of the hydraulic pressure ,
guarantee its performance .
This subject designs the new-type experimental platform of gearbox that a kind of
adaptation maintenance company uses to this gearbox - Opening type experimental
