【摘 要】目的：研究并探讨脑萎缩疾病的预防与临床护理体会。方法：此次研 究的对象是选取我院收治的脑萎缩患者共88例，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析, 并随机将其分成观察组和对照组各44例，其中对照组采用常规护理，观察组患 者采用针对性护理措施干预，对两组患者的护理效果进行对比分析。结果：对照 组患者38例有效，2例好转，4例无效，%；观察组患者26例 有效，4例好转，14例无效，%；与对照组相比，观察组患者治 疗总有效率明显较好，()具备统计学意义。结论：对于脑萎缩疾病患者， 采取有针对性护理措施能够延缓脑萎缩进展，在临床上值得推广使用。

Abstract： Objective： To study and discuss the prevention and clinical nursing of brain atrophy disease. Methods： the study object is selected in our hospital of brain atrophy in patients with a total of 88 cases, the clinical data was retrospectively an a lyzed, and ran domly divided into the observa 廿on group and the con trol group with 44 cases in each, the control group received routine nursing care observed group of patients by targeted nursing interventions, nursing effect of the two groups of parents were compared and analyzed.
