麦瑞迪公司是一家小型私营公关公司，主要为客户提供广告宣传，形象设计，品牌推广等业务。公司成立一年半，目前共有14名员工，其中10名为非北京户口员工，平均年龄26岁，且大部分尚未成家。由于公司在创业初期更多的关注在项目上，因此忽略了对员工工作状态和生活上的关怀，使得一些员工经常请病假或者抱怨，在过去一年内流失了两名优秀的团队领导。这些负面影响使得其他员工的热情和积极性下降，并影响了团队的整体凝聚力。本论文通过前期问卷调查，中期项目跟踪访问，后期结果分析等方法制定出一个员工关怀项目计划，不仅提升了员工的忠实度和工作热情，同时增强团队凝聚力,逐步树立良好的企业文化氛围。
此项目从四个方面着手,第一是加班晚餐;第二是探亲假期;第三是每月生日会;第四是及时沟通无障碍渠道，计划从设计到实施预期四周时间。项目前期以调查表形式进行可行性分析，并随后进行了面对面沟通。反馈结果显示，所有被调查员工中100%认同此计划，并相信此计划将大大改善公司员工目前的工作士气，提高团队凝聚力，并会在企业文化建设以及公司的信用度上得到显著的提升和改善。

Meridian House Communications is a local private public relationship company which provides services on product promotion, VI design, market campaign and other related public relationship issues for its customers. Currently there are 14 staff working in the company and 10 of them are non-Beijing hukou staff. The average age is 26 years old. As a new company which just set up for one and a half years, we concentrated too much to business and neglected the staff’s needs on both mental and material aspects.
