北京工业大学硕士学位论文签订区域贸易协定对中国贸易投资的影响姓名:邢晨申请学位级别:硕士专业:国际贸易学指导教师:洪涓 20080501 摘要摘要 20世纪9睥代以来,全球出现了以区域贸易协定为特点的第三次区域经济一体化浪潮,,无论是从维护本国利益出发,还是从顺应世界经济发展趋势的角度出发,中国都有必要积极参与区域贸易合作的建设中来。从2000年开始中国积极的开展了区域贸易谈判,先后和东盟、香港、澳门、智利等国家或地区签署了区域贸易协定,取得了显著的成就。本文研究了新一轮区域经济一体化浪潮下中国区域贸易合作呈现的新特点, 首先,介绍了当代区域贸易合作的发展现状和中国参与区域贸易合作的过程,并且简单描述了中国已经签订的区域贸易协定的内容。其次,概述了传统区域理论的主要内容和新区域主义理论的发展状况,总结了两者的异同。然后,重点分析了了进入21世纪以来,在区域贸易合作过程中取得的成绩,总结了中国已签订的区域贸易协定呈现的特点,并且与其他发展中国家进行了对比。分析了中国同东盟、香港、澳门和智利建立区域贸易合作以来,中国的与这些国家或地区间的贸易、投资的发展情况。最后,总结了中国在参与区域贸易合作过程中应注意的问题,指出了中国在发展区域贸易合作时应实行的发展战略。关键词:区域贸易合作:新区域主义;单边支付 ABSTR ACT AB STRACT Since the1990s,there hasbeen thethird wave ofregional economic integration characterized 88 regional and more countries 81"O taking regional trade asimportant as,oreven moreimportant thanmultilateral thisbackground,it isnecessary andbeneficiary forChina to participate inthe building ofregional trade hassigned regional tradeagreements 、访tllASEAN,Hongkong,Macau,Chile andsome othercountries ordistrictssiIB冶 2000 which havedelivered notableaohievomellts.
