内容摘要：随着信息的飞速膨胀，全球信息已经进入以计算机网络为核心的时代。而网络教育是高校大学生心理健康教育工作适应信息时代发展新形势的一个重要方向,它拓展了心理健康教育工作的领域,也提供了心理健康教育工作的新形式和发展契机。本系统主要是描述一个基于B/S模式下大学生心理教育与咨询中心的设计与实现，系统的设计主要是针对用户注册、修改密码、后台用户管理、在线留言、浏览文章与图片等等。系统主要采用C#语言作为主体开发语言，开发环境VS2010（Visual Studio 2010）,应用SQL2008（Microsoft SQL Server 2008）数据库，系统的界面友好，操作简便，方便用户使用。

Abstract：With the rapid expansion of information, the global information has entered the era of computer network as the core. 在日新月异的网络时代，信息技术的迅猛发展和广泛、深入地应用，推动了各行各业的技术进步，带来了新技术革命的蓬勃发展，也向教育提出了严峻挑战，推动着一次新的教育革命。
随着社会开放程度的加大、生存竞争压力的增大、文化和价值取向的多元化，处于特殊时期的大学生不可避免地受到来自各个方面的冲击，心理健康问题呈上升趋势。因此，大学生心理健康教育问题迫在眉睫。现阶段，心理咨询被越来越多的大学生所承受和接受，越来越多的院校开设设置心理咨询室和心理咨询中心。但居于现状分析，大学生心理健康教育信息资源的获取，还是不够方便快捷，交流的空间也有所局限。随着网络技术的发展，可以通过网络获取大学生心理健康教育资源和交流，但信息集中度不够，功能也不强大，自动化程度不高，也不易于管理。
和传统的心理咨询室和心理咨询中心相比，网上大学生心理健康教育与咨询中心提供了丰富的心理健康教育资源和方便的获取方式。在这里，不仅可以通过网络查看心理咨询各方面的知识，还可以进行心灵留言，畅所欲言，甚至可以进行
