着生产和流通的日益社会化，现代化，尤其是半个世纪以产品包装得到了飞速的 发展，在市场商品交换的重要地位也越来越来突出，目前，已普遍引起人们的重视。 科技的发展在当代社会各个不同的领域都产生了深远的影响。特别是机械化，自动化 设备的普遍应用，更为这些领域增添了活力，包装业也不例外。现在大部分的包装过 程已有手工作业转变为机械化作业。这不仅仅降低了人的劳动程度，而且也加快了生 产速度，提高了生产率，同时也使包装的形式在不断的改进、革新，使广大的消费者 普遍能够接受。这在客观上促进了产品的营销，提高了产品在市场上的竞争力，也可 以为企业带来高额的利润。
本课题重点研究的基本内容是全自动塑料药瓶包装机,包括封口系统，运输系统、 理盖系统、充填系统等构成，是一条完整的生产线，本设计主要是对封口系统进行分 析、设计。其中本设计的包装机的封口系统包括封膜机构和旋盖机构。此设计中需设 计一个旋盖头，执行升降轴、封膜的切断装置、选装定位的行星盘及键、轴承、弹簧 的计算选用及校核。

ABSTRCT
With sociality and modernization of manufacture and circulation, especially since half of century produce packing has developed at high speed. At the same time, it is important for produce industry to of science and technology throw great impact on all industry in our sociality, especially devices that realize the mechanizing and automation have been widely used, so produce packing has also been poured into great vigor. Nowadays, almost much of produce packing to mechanical operation. This change not only lowers people's intensity of labor, but also increases, produce speed, and raise productivity, at the same time, the style of produce packing has also been made better and innovated, that not only improves produce competitiveness at market but also achieve enormous economical benefit for factory.
The basic content of this paper is the study of the fully automatic plastic bottle packaging machine, including sealing system, a transportation system, sorting system, filling system, is a complete production line, the main design of the sealing system analysis, design. The sealing system of packaging machine of this design include film sealing and capping mechanism. A capping head design of the design, execution, lifting shaft sealing film cutting device, optional location of the planetary disc and bond, bearing, spring selection and checking calculation.
