［摘要］:装配设计是产品设计过程的重要环节，随着虚拟现实技术的日益成熟，虚 拟装配已成为其应用的重要研究方向，虚拟装配也为面向装配的设计提供了一种新的思 路和方法。在传统的装配过程中，当一个零部件与另一个零部件装配失败后，只能返回 装配结果，重新设计，重新生成样品，重新用真实装配来检验。这种装配关系的滞后检 验，不但带来成本的巨大浪费，而且完全不符合快速反应市场的需要。随着计算机软件 硬件技术的发展，在机械制造领域中，零部件如何装配加工、各零部件是否发生干涉等 都能在虚拟装配环境中实现。借助虚拟装配技术，能在产品设计阶段就能了解设计结果 的装配性。这种虚拟装配技术对小批量生产方式具有开发周期短、设计质量高，开发成 本低等特点。
本文分析了目前虚拟装配技术的发展状况，归纳总结了虚拟装配的关键技术和基本 流程，介绍了装配的基本步骤及干涉检查的基本步骤。论文成功的实现了基于CATIA 的装配及干涉检查，最后通过具体实例验证了方法的可行性和正确性。

[Abstract]: Assembly design is an important part of product design process , benefits mature mouth of virtual reality technology , virtual assembly has become an important research direction of the application , the virtual assembly design for assembly and evaluation of a new way of thinking and approach.
