机翼柱面梳状接头设计和参数优化
摘要: 为解决工程实际中常规机翼梳状接头应力严重、结构偏重的问题,设计一种用于机翼结构对接的柱面梳状接头,,通过非线性有限元接触分析得到该样本点的响应,以此建立Kriging代理模型,并采用更新技术提高Kriging代理模型的精度;:采用该方法,机翼减重效果明显,优化效率提高.

Abstract: To solve the practical engineering problems for the normal wing combshaped joint of aircraft, such as serious stress and high structure weight, a cylindrical combshaped joint used for wing structure connection is proposed, and an optimization method on its detailed parameters is proposed by the technologies of test design and Kriging approximate model. The sample points are selected by test design method and the responses of the samples are obtained by nonlinear finite element contact analysis. The samples include the weight and the stress. The Kriging approximate model is built by these samples and the precision of the Kriging approximate model is improved by update technology. Furthermore
, the Kriging approximate model is optimized by multiisland genetic algorithm and the optimal solution is obtained. The example shows that the method can reduce wing weight and improve the optimization efficiency.
