摘要：基于终极产权论，将上市建筑企业的控股股东分为国家终极控制股东和非国家终极控 制股东，并为上市建筑企业的综合素质研究，建立了一个对比分析框架。研究表明股权结构 与公司的综合素质表现（包括盈利、成长、运营、偿债等方面）有密切关系，同时通过比较 发现由国家终极控制专业化经营实业公司控股的上市建筑企业平均的综合素质表现相对较 低，需要不断改善企业的盈利能力、成长能力、运营能力、偿债能力，从而提升企业综合素 质表现。

Companies Based on the Ultimate Ownership
Abstract: Distinguishing the holding shareholder into the state ultimate control shareholder and the non-state based on the principle of ultimate ownership. And establishing a analysis framework to investigate the integration diathesis of listed construction corporations. The analytic results show that shareholding structure has a consanguineous relationship with the integration diathesis of the companies including payoff, growth, execution, reimbursement. It can also find that the companies which are held by the state ultimate controlling professional industrial corporation have the worst integration diathesis and this share holding mode should be changed.
