摘要:概述了转炉炼钢终点控制技术的发展,介绍了拉碳补吹法、一吹到底增碳法和气 相分析法等终点控制方法,指出采用神经网络、模糊推理、专家系统等多种控制技 术的终点智能控制技术,是大、中型转炉终点控制技术的发展方向。确认采用终点 智能控制技术,可在线准确地预测、检测和控制转炉炼钢终点时的钢水成分和温度, 有效缩短冶炼时间,减少消耗,降低成本,提高产品质量。

End-Point Control Techniques for Converter Steelmaking

Abstract: Summarized development of the end point control technique for converter steelmaking, introduced end point control methods for converter steelmaking, as, the catch carbon- add blow method, the end point- add carbon method, the end gas analyze method, etc, point out end point intelligence control technique used neural network, fuzzy inference, and expert system, be development direction of end control technique for big-medium sized converter. Affirm that used end point intelligence control technique can on-line accurately calculate, check, control molten steel composition and temperature for end point of converter steelmaking, sorted steelmaking time, reduced consumption, reduced production costs, improved product quality.
