［摘要］目的探讨铸造支架结合弹性卡环治疗牙周病缺牙的效果。方法 将62例牙周病缺牙患者随机分为两组，每组31例，观察组应用铸造支架 结合弹性卡环修复治疗，对照组进行传统可摘局部义齿修复治疗，比较两 组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组于佩戴后1年进行复查，舒适度、外观、 食物嵌塞、%、%、%、%, 均显著高于对照组，两组比较差异显著(P<)；两组患者在牙周状况 优良率方面无统计学差异；两组修复后咀嚼效率与固位力均较修复前明显 上升，但对照组上升更明显。结论对牙周病缺牙患者使用铸造支架结合 弹性卡环修复治疗效果显著，值得临床推广应用。
