一、文章目的
The high incidence of OTA contamination in PFS and food coloring agents derived from V. vinifera suggests that maximum permitted level(s) should be established for this mycotoxin in these products.

Standard solutions,acetonitrile,methanol,
water (HPLC grade), glacial acetic acid,
sodium chloride (ACS grade), polyethylene glycol ,
sodium hydrogen carbonate (NaHCO3, ACS grade)
样品: available PFS, FCA, and leavening
agents containing tartrates(41个)
additional samples were collected in two

方法的优劣:Analysis of spiked blank samples demonstrated that the method generated accurate and precise results.

PFS samples (75%) were found contaminated with OTA at levels ranging from <− μg/kg.
