  [摘要] 目的 研究SNAPPS床边带教教学法在儿科临床教学的应用效果。方法 选择该院2019年儿科专业2个班共130名学生为观察对象。按随机数表法将学生分成观察组及对照组,各65名,为对照组给予传统的教学方法实施教学,为观察组实施SNAPPS床边带教教学法的教学,对比两组测试成绩,教学质量的问卷调查结果,以及学生对教学过程的满意度。结果 观察组的平时成绩和理论成绩以及操作技能和总分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<)。观察组的自学能力、探究能力、课程掌握能力、分析总结能力以及临床思维能力分值明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<)。%,%,差异有统计学意义(P<)。结论 SNAPPS床边带教教学法在儿科临床教学中的应用效果较好,教学质量较高,能够明显提升学生的学****成绩及满意度。

  [Abstract] Objective To study the application effect of SNAPPS bedside teaching method in pediatric clinical teaching. Methods A total of 130 students in 2 classes of pediatrics in the hospital in 2019 were selected as observation objects. According to the random number table method, the students were divided into the observation group and the control group, each with 65 cases. The control group was given the traditional teaching method to implement the teaching, and the observation group was implemented the SNAPPS bedside teaching method. The test results and teaching quality of the two groups were compared. The results of the questionnaire survey, and students’ satisfaction with the teaching process. Results The usual and theoretical scores, operating skills and total scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<). The scores of self-study ability, inquiry ability, curriculum mastering ability, analysis and summary ability and clinical thinking ability of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<).
