　　[摘要] 目的 探究血清维生素D（Vitamin D）水平与幽门螺杆菌（Helicobacter pylori，）感染的相关性，为幽门螺杆菌的临床诊断和治疗提供参考。 方法 随机选取2017年2月—2019年2月曲靖市第二人民医院300名20～60岁到院进行健康体检者为研究对象，采用尿素14C呼吸实验法测定幽门螺杆菌感染情况，采用酶联免疫法（ELISA）测定血清维生素D水平，对比幽门螺杆菌阳性者与阴性者血清维生素D水平差异、血清维生素D正常者与偏低者的幽门螺杆菌感染情况差异。 结果 幽门螺杆菌感染率达 %;幽门螺杆菌阳性者的血清维生素D水平显著低于阴性者，差异有统计学意义（t=，P<）;维生素D水平正常者的幽门螺杆菌感染率明显低于偏低者，差异有统计学意义（χ2=，P<）。结论 血清维生素D水平可能与幽门螺杆菌有较大的联系。

　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the correlation between serum vitamin D level and Helicobacter pylori （H. pylori） infection， and provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of H. pylori. Methods From February 2017 to February 2019， 300 cases of healthy people who were 20 to 60 years old in the Second People's Hospital of Qujing City were selected as the research subjects.
