　　[摘要] 目的 延續护理在消化道出血介入治疗后贫血患者中的应用效果观察。 方法 该次研究方便选取来该院的98例消化道出血介入治疗后贫血患者作为研究对象，研究时间为2018年12月—2019年12月，将98例消化道出血介入治疗后贫血患者按照硬币两面法准则分为两组，即研究组和对照组，给予常规护理干预的为对照组，给予延续护理干预的为研究组，干预后对护理效果、贫血程度及患者负性情绪做出评价。结果 护理效果：护理干预后，研究组患者血红蛋白（±）g/L及红细胞水平（±）×1012/L均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（t=、，P<）。贫血程度：干预后，%%，差异有统计学意义（χ2=，P=）。患者负性情绪：干预前，研究组患者负性情绪相较对照组差异无统计学意义（P>）;干预后，患者负性情绪明显得到改善，且研究组负性情绪（±）分、（±）分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（t=、，P<）。结论 延续护理在消化道出血介入治疗后贫血患者中具有显著的护理价值，既能提高护理效果，又能降低患者贫血程度，改善患者心理焦虑及抑郁，临床应大力推广及应用。
