In the intrest of the assurance of the frame-work ability continue, we adhere to the design principle is “stranger column and weaker beam, stranger shear force and weaker bending, stranger joint stronger anchorage”. And the cross-section must to meet the demand of construction.

一、工程概况：
工程名称：某宾馆；
工程位置：天津市；
工程总面积：mm,mmm；
结构形式：现浇整体框架。
二、建筑物功能与特点：
该拟建的建筑位于天津市市内，设计内容：主楼为宾馆，裙楼为商场。此建筑占地面积m2 m2
平面设计
建筑朝向为南北向，平面布置满足长宽比小于5，采用纵向、横向mm的柱距，满足建筑开间模数和进深的要求。
2、立面设计
该建筑立面为了满足采光和美观需求，设置了大面积的玻璃窗。外墙面根据《98J1——工程做法》选用面砖饰面，不同分隔区采用不同的颜色区隔，以增强美 感。
3、防火
防火等级为二级，安全疏散距离满足房门至外部出口或封闭楼梯间最大距离小于35m，大房间设前后两个门，小房间设一个门，满足防火要求；室内消火栓设在走廊两侧,每层两侧及中间设3个消火栓，最大间距25m,满足间距50m的要求。
4、抗震
建筑的平立面布置规则，分为三个区（A、B、C）,各区之间均设有净距300~500的抗震缝。建筑的质量分布和刚度变化均匀，楼层没有错层，满足抗震要求。
屋面
屋面形式为平屋顶；平屋顶排水坡度为2%，排水坡度的形式为垫置坡度，排水方式为内排水。屋面做法采用《98J1——工程做法》中柔性防水，聚苯乙烯泡
