This paper elaborated the developmental trend of the global and China ’s mushroom industry in recent years from the following 7 aspects: the general situation and the structure change of the global mushroom industry, the production methods and the technical reform, the developmental history and the present situation of mushroom industry in Europe, Africa, Asia, and in China. The developmental trends of global and China's mushroom industry were analyzed, respectively.
