一般公司设立程序
任务一:设立外贸公司
办理出口登记备案
1、公司注册登记（工商局）
《公司法》自2014年3月1日实施
将注册资本实缴登记制改为认缴登记制。
放宽注册资本登记条件。不再限制股东(发起人)的首次出资比例以及货币出资比例。
简化登记事项和登记文件。
外贸公司若申请一般纳税人资格，则最低注册资本要求为50万元人民币。
注明：外贸公司只有具备一般纳税人资格，才可以享受出口退税政策，否则，不享受出口退税。
