摘 要
随着经济全球化和知识经济的到来,企业所处的环境比以往更复杂,变化更
快速,竞争更激烈,对于处于转型期的企业尤其如此。在这场激烈的竞争中,信
息和知识逐渐取代了传统的机器等物质资本而成为企业获取竞争优势的核心要
素。文章以某邮电规划设计院为分析对象,以公司发展为主题,以企业使命分析、
战略定位、战略举措为主线,运用了因果分析、PEST分析、雷达图分析、价值链
分析、SWOT 分析等现代管理理论,充分分析了通信规划设计企业目前所处的宏
观环境、行业态势和内部状况,结合该院的竞争优势,提出了企业发展的战略选
择。本文对通信规划设计企业的战略发展进行了较为深入的分析,文章力求简明
扼要、重点突出、论点鲜明、切合实际,提出了通信规划设计企业的发展方向,
对该类企业的战略发展具有重要的参考意义。关键词:通信行业,设计企业,发展战略1 Abstract
With the coming of globalization of economy and knowledge-based economy, the
environment enterprises face becomes more complicated and changes more rapidly, and
competition gets more intense than ever. In this intense competition, information and
knowledge come to be core competitive factors instead of the traditional capital. The
article takes a certain Posts and Telecommunications Planning and Designing Institute
as the target of analysis, Take the corporate growth as the subject, take the enterprise
mission analysis, the strategic localization, the strategic action as the master line,
applying the cause and effect analysis ,PEST analysis,The radar diagram analysis ,
value chain analysis, SWOT analysis etc modem management theory, fully analyzes
macroscopic environment, the state of profession and inner unit which the institute
belongs to, also with the competing advantage of the institute, strategic choice of the
company development proposing. The article makes deep analysis of strategic
development of the institute, simply, clearly, actually. The article points out right
