多部段飞行器质量质心全冗余测量系统

摘要:针对多部段飞行器装配、测试持续时间长,过程不可间断且不可逆的问题,设计一种质量质心全冗余测
量系统。基于主、备2个系统的构成及功能,利用三点支撑称重法进行质量质心测量,提出一种皮重等效换算方法
简化测量流程,对称重传感器差异性系数和非线性系数进行在线标定,通过分析系统误差来源,采用标准样件对系
统进行质量质心实验测试。实验结果表明:该设计测量结果一致性好,可有效提高测量系统可靠性。
