【摘要】：目的 对胃穿孔腹腔镜修补术与开腹修补术在胃穿孔患者中的治疗效果进行对比分析。方法 选取我院2018年2月～2019年2月收治的108例胃穿孔患者作为研究对象，随机分为腹腔镜组和开腹修补组。腹腔镜组52例，采用腹腔镜修补术；开腹修补组56例，采用开腹修补术进行治疗，将两组患者的治疗效果进行对比分析。结果 统计结果显示接受腹腔镜修补手术治疗的患者病情恢复情况明显优于接受开腹修补手术治疗的患者，两组患者的实验结果比较有显著性差异（P＜）。结论 胃穿孔腹腔镜修补手术在胃穿孔患者的治疗中有较好的治疗效果，患者的病情恢复情况良好，恢复期短，肠胃功能没有受到明显的伤害，值得在胃穿孔患者的临床治疗中进行推广。
