超宽带皮秒级脉冲发生器

摘要:设计了 一种超•寛带离斯脉冲的分冲发生器,此脉冲发生器主要由阶跃恢复二圾管,FET 管和肖特基二极管姐成。其中阶跃恢复二毀管朽短路线用来产生獗冲,FET管用来进行脉冲的放 大和••脉冲产生、脉冲整形两部分电鸳问的隅爲,肖將基二极管用来城小脉冲的振铃。利用ADS软 件对阶跃恢复二极管进行建fi(,并用其进行咏冲发生器的设计仿真。测试结-果表明■皮秒脈冲发生 器対脉冲寛度为3O7ps, ,页且振铃小,实验站杲与仿真结果 吻合得很好。

Abstract: A new ultra-wideband(UWB) Gaussian pulse generator composed of a step recovery diode (SRD). a field-effect transistor (FET) and a Schottky diode was developed. A SRD and a short-circuited transmission line are used to generate Gaussian pulse di reedyt a FET is employed to amplify the pulse and isolate pulse generation and shaping network, a Schottky diode is used to suppress the pulse ringing.
