机电工程综合管线优化中BIM技术的应用

【摘要】 在现代建筑的机电工程项目中，管道综合性要求越来越高，一般涉及给排水、消防、通风、空调、电气、智能化等多个专业，直接关系到整个工程的质量、工期、投资和预期效果，因此必须进行管线深化设计。如今，随着BIIM即建筑信息模型的发展和成熟，以三维数字技术为基础，对建筑物管道设备模型的仿真建立，将管线设备的二维图纸进行集成和可视化，在施工前期可以进行管线碰撞检查,优化原有图纸设计,提高图纸阅读效率，减少在建筑施工阶段可避免的损失和返工的概率,更加方便进行技术交底，从而达到管线综合优化布置的目的。
