女：参加今天“红盾在我心、清风伴我行”演讲比赛的选手共有13位，分别来自局机关和5个基层工商所，其中女选手6名，最大年龄41岁，最小年龄22岁，有12人是近年新招录公务员，代表着全县工商系统新生代力量。
男：下面，我们来介绍一下本次“红盾在我心、清风伴我行”演讲比赛的比赛规则。
一、实行现场打分，每名参赛同志演讲结束后，由评委分别打分，主持人报分后，提示第二名同志上台演讲，第二名同志演讲过程中，计分员计算第一名选手得分，复核员复核分数，第二名同志演讲结束后，评委打分，主持人报分，并宣布第一名演讲同志最终得分，提示第三名选手上台演讲，依次类推。
女：二、每名参赛选手的平均得分为其最终得分，按成绩高低分别授予一、二、三等奖。并确定优秀奖若干名。若前六名成绩相同，可以并列。演讲比赛设优秀组织奖一名，由评委会决定授予。
男：三、参赛选手侯场席设于会场后排，根据主持人提示上场演讲，站定之后，敬礼，开始演讲，演讲结束后，敬礼退场，侯场席就座。演讲必须使用普通话，演讲过程中不得擅自退场。
女：本次活动设一等奖1名，二等奖2名，三等奖3名，优秀奖若干名，优秀组织奖1名。其中获得一等奖的同志代表县局参加县上演讲比赛。
