摘 要做HR的最高境界莫过于成为CEO的左膀右臂，但在信息技术(IT)
充分渗透到人力资源管理系统之前，淹没于繁杂事务的HR对这个愿望只是可望 而不可及。随着IT技术变革人力资源管理方案的日渐成熟，从束缚中解放出来 的HR可谓是开始了飞翔的历程。而这一天的到来，特别是在中国成为现实，无 疑还需要一段时日。然而，正象在PC时代人们由于OFFICE软件的强大功能而淘 汰传统工具一样，随着全球经济一体化，网络和人才经济的到来，处在复杂竞争 环境中的以CEO为核心的管理层为了企业的生存和发展，越来越需要一套专业 的、集成的并且是协同化、网络化的工具来进行人力资源管理、构建核心竞争力 团队，从而支持企业的日常运作和战略发展。
