seem作动词，意为“好像，似乎”，后可跟that从句。seem的具体用法如下：
(1) It seems/seemed that. . . 意为“看起来……，好像……”，可以和sb. seems/seemed to be/do sth. 相互转换，要注意主句和从句的时态要保持一致。
(2) seem to do sth. 表示“好像要做某事”。如：
Mrs. Green doesn’t seem to like the idea. 格林夫人似乎不太喜欢这个主意。

(3) seem后还可跟as if/though引导的从句，意为“仿佛……”。如：
It seems as if there would be an exam soon . 似乎不久后要考试。
(4) there be句型中如果含有seem，则seem要放在there之后，即There seem/seemed to be. . . 。如：
There seems to be fewer tourists around this year. 今年的游客似乎变少了。
