摘要
环境保护是我国的基本国策。世界经济发展的实践证明,为实现经济的持续稳定的发展,必须解决好发展与环境保护的矛盾。随着我国社会和经济的高速发展,城市环境污染特别是水污染的问题日趋严重。目前我国水污染控制的重点已从以工业点源为主,逐步转变为以城市污水污染为主的控制。本文即为浙江省A市某污水处理工程的设计计算,在分析进出水水质之后,结合当地的水文及气候条件,本设计选用传统活性污泥工艺进行处理。
传统活性污泥法是当前应用最为广泛的污水处理技术之一。该方法自1914年在英国曼彻斯特市建成污水试验厂以来,已有80多年的历史。它是以活性污泥为主体的污水生物处理方法,构成传统活性污泥法有3个基本要素:—是引起吸附和氧化作用的微生物,即活性污泥;二是废水中的有机物,它是处理对象,也是微生物的食料;三是溶解氧,没有充足的溶解氧,好氧微生物既不能生存也不能发挥氧化分解作用。
本文详细计算了传统活性污泥工艺的各处理构筑物,也进行了污水及污泥高程布置及基本的成本概算。

Abstract
Environmental protection is the basic state policy of our practice of world economic development has proved that we must solve the contradiction between development and environmental protection in order to achieve sustained and stable economic the rapid development of society and economy in China, the problems of urban environmental pollution, especially water pollution, are becoming more and more present, the focus of water pollution control has been mainly from industrial point sources, and gradually changed to urban sewage pollution based paper is the design and calculation of a sewage treatment project in A city of Zhejiang province.
