本科毕业论文题目: 精炼废渣浸出去硫机理及影响研究学院: 材料与冶金学院专业: 冶金工程学号: 200902126032 学生姓名:李红光指导教师:何环宇日期:二○一三年六月武汉科技大学本科毕业论文 I 摘要钢铁的大量生产带来了大量的冶金废渣,精炼废渣是精炼过程的固体废弃物之一。目前我国对精炼废渣的利用率较低。将精炼废渣作为冶金资源循环利用已经得到了冶金科研工作者的肯定,对于钢铁企业的发展有重要意义。通过浸出因素对精炼废渣热压浸出去硫的影响进行实验研究,检测浸出液中硫含量并得到浸出温度对浸出去硫率的影响。然后由单因素动力学实验得出脱硫过程的限制性环节;根据正交实验结果找出较为理想的脱硫动力学条件。结果表明:浸出液中硫的主要存在形式是 S 2- ,还有部分的 SO 4 2- ,高温下浸出液中硫的含量更高,即高温利于浸去硫;精炼废渣浸出去硫反应的反应活化能为 , 浸出过程动力学方程为 1-2x/3-(1-x) 2/3 = - 。所研究的动力学因素中对脱硫率的作用强弱顺序为:碱度、温度、固液比、时间。在正交试验中得出:在温度 473K 、时间30 min 、固液比 1:3、碱浸出的浸出条件下浸出脱硫率最高,达到 % 。通过计算得出:温度 423K 、时间 45 min 、固液比 1:7 、% 。关键词: 精炼废渣; 浸出去硫;动力学影响因素;限制性环节武汉科技大学本科毕业论文 II Abstract The mass production of steel has brought lots of metallurgical slag, refining slag isone of Solid waste which produced in refining process. At present, on the use of refining slag rate is lower. The refining slag as metallurgical resources recycling use has tobe sure by metallurgy researchers , there is important significance for the development of iron and steel enterprises. Through the study of the effect of leaching factors to pressure leaching refining desulphurization experiment at high temperature, detecting the sulfur content in leaching solution, conclude the effects of leaching temperature on the leaching desulphurization rate. single factor ics experiment results shows the type of the rate control of the desulfurization process; according to the result of the orthogonal experiment to find out the ideal ics conditions of the desulfurization process. The results show that: The main form of sulfur in leaching liquid isS 2-, and there are some exist as SO 4 2-, higher leaching temperature higher sulfur content in leaching solution.
